All of our orders are custom made to your requirements which means we need time to create personalised elements like invitations, boxes, glasses and cookies.
Custom cookies & custom florals are collected from our supplier each Saturday unless a rushed order is placed (please message us and we will try our best to accommodate).
We recommend allowing a minimum of 1 week for production of a box to ensure it is created with the love and detail we pride ourselves on.
Once your order has been dispatched with our courier, Sendle, you should receive your parcel within 5 business days in metro areas.
Postage is a standard, flat fee of $9.95 per order (Australia only).
If you are shipping gifting options, like Bridesmaid Proposal Boxes, to multiple locations we are happy to handle all of the requirements for you but it will be an additional fee per location.
Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your order is at all times.
We will be in contact with you throughout the production process so you know your order is under way.
All Box’d Up is available in Australia only (for now).

Absolutely! All of our printed boxes are customised with your party details so that all invites and signage are personalised for your event.
If you are looking for a custom designed theme and invitations we can manage this for you with our incredible design partners based on your brief. There will be additional fees involved with custom designs starting from $100.
Of course we can! We love working with our clients to customise any box, for any special day. We have worked on many different party themes and many different gifts - we love custom orders.

Once the details of your order have been confirmed in email and any custom elements have been briefed with suppliers, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. But please don't stress, we check every detail before we commence the order just to make sure we have everything we need to help you get that party started.
Absolutely! If you have an in joke you want on a glass, box or other customised item we are 100% here for it (naughty or otherwise). Give us the brief and we will let know you if it is possible.
If you would like us to look at bringing in an personalised item that isn't listed please reach out to us and we will let you know if we can accommodate (we do wherever possible).
