SHIPPING & RETURNS
Cost: $14.99- please note we do not make a profit on shipping, we unfortunately make a loss more often than not and therefore the decision has been made to increase our shipping cost to help cover some of the cost.
Shipping times: Average Australia Post delivery times is 5 to 12 business days due to delays associated with Covid 19. Please note there may be delays during peak periods or periods of disaster/distress. If you need your gift box urgently, please contact us for express shipping options.
Eligible delivery areas: Australia Wide
Take note: All our gift boxes are sent with Authority to Leave, if no one is home to receive the gift box Australia Post drivers will attempt to leave the package in a safe place by the front door. If there is no safe place to leave the gift box, a slip will be left, and the gift box will be taken to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.
If the wrong shipping address is provided or the gift box is not collected from the Australia Post outlet within 5 business days, you will be required to pay an additional $12,99 redelivery fee to have the gift box redelivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot control delays associated with delivery. If you are experiencing any problems with your tracking, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
Dispatching to Australia Post occurs Monday to Saturday, any orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be dispatched first thing Monday morning.
Express Post: At this stage we do not have an Express post option available upon checkout due to the ability to order bulk gift boxes, however if you would prefer express shipping please let us know and we can arrange a quote for you.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DATE?
Unfortunately, unless you live within a 20km radius of Adelaide, South Australia, we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive at a specific date.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email once your order is dispatched so you can see where your order is at all times.
We will be in contact with you throughout the production process so you know your order is under way.
MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE?
Once your order has been shipped it is then up to Australia Post to deliver it within the timeframe they have provided us. We unfortunately do not accept any responsibility for any delayed or missing packages. Please contact Australia Post directly or if you are having any issues please contact us so we can assist you ASAP.
CAN I ORGANISE PICK-UP OR MY OWN COURIER?
Absolutely. we will happily allow collection of SA orders or courier collection if you have a different supplier you'd like to trust with your order.
Send us an email and we will confirm a discount code for your use so that you do not pay for shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
All of our orders are custom made to your requirements which means we need time to create personalised elements like invitations, boxes, glasses and cookies.
We recommend allowing a minimum of 1 week for production of a box to ensure it is created with the love and detail we pride ourselves on.
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive your parcel within 5 business days in metro areas.
Regional areas can take longer, we can provided you with an estimate prior to ordering if required.
If you have an urgent order please use our Express Shipping option or send us an email and we can confirm if we are able to get it to you in time.
I'VE MADE AN ERROR WITH MY DELIVERY ADDRESS CAN I CHANGE THIS?
Absolutely, as long as your order has not been shipped, we can change the delivery address for you, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org soon as you realise to ensure your order does not go to the wrong address.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to the personalised nature of our boxes, all sales are final and non-refundable. (But trust us, you'll love them).
If something in your box is faulty or damaged, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your box, including images and a description of the damage. We will then organise a refund or a replacement for you ASAP.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the details of your order have been confirmed in email and any custom elements have been briefed with suppliers, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order. But please don't stress, we check every detail before we commence the order just to make sure we have everything we need to help you get that party started.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE BOXES?
We have a variety of boxes available for our customers. We stock mailer boxes, simple gift boxes and premium magnetic boxes so there is something for every vibe and every budget.
Magnetic Lid Boxes
For our premium magnetic lid boxes we have a range of sizes stocked that are all listed for the same low cost. We select the box size best suited to the items selected so that it is packed safely for transit.
If you would like to request a certain size to accommodate for additional items you are adding please let us know.

CAN I ORDER A PERSONALISED BOX ON ITS OWN?
No, unfortunately we cannot take orders for boxes on their own, personalised or plain. We make an effort to keep our box prices low so or customers have more room to use their budget for fun items within the box.
I SEE YOU HAVE PERSONALISED ITEMS, CAN I REQUEST SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
Absolutely! If you have an in joke you want on a glass, box or other customised item we are 100% here for it (naughty or otherwise). Provide us with the brief and we will let know you if it is possible.
If you would like us to look at bringing in an personalised item that isn't listed please reach out to us and we will let you know if we can accommodate (we do wherever possible).
WHICH EDIBLE PRODUCTS ARE GLUTEN FREE?
All our edible products are gluten free except for the following:

-Hot Chocolate mixes
I CAN'T FIND THE PARTY THEME I WAS LOOKING FOR, CAN YOU HELP?
Of course we can! We love working with our clients to customise any box, for any special day. We have worked on many different party themes and many different gifts - we love custom orders.
Just let us know what you are looking for, and we will provide you with a quote.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE DESIGN OF MY INVITES?
Absolutely! All of our printed boxes are customised with your party details so that all invites and signage are personalised for your event.
If you are looking for a custom designed theme and invitations we can manage this for you with our incredible design partners based on your brief. There will be additional fees involved with custom designs starting from $100.
I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A CORPORATE GIFT/BULK ORDER CAN I DO THAT?
Absolutely, we love corporate gifts, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your gifting requirements and we can work out something special for you.
All bulk orders can be done in one transaction on the website if you prefer to use that option.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?
We love that you are excited for your box and so are we, although perfection does take some time, we always aim to have your order done within 2-3 days of ordering,. If its a birthday box it will always get priority and will either be done the same day of order or the next day.
